Politica de retur

 Puteți returna majoritatea articolelor noi, nedeschise în termen de 14 de zile de la livrare, pentru o rambursare completă. Vom plăti, de asemenea, costurile de transport pentru retur dacă returnarea este rezultatul unei erori noastre (ați primit un articol incorect sau defect etc.).

 Ar trebui să vă așteptați să primiți rambursarea în termen de doua săptămâni de la livrarea pachetului expeditorului returnat, cu toate acestea, în multe cazuri, veți primi o rambursare mai rapid. Putem livra practic prin curier la orice adresa din Romania. Rețineți că există restricții pentru unele produse, iar unele produse nu pot fi expediate către destinații internaționale.
